At VELIÈRE, we want you to feel confident and cared for in every part of your experience. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Packaged in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@veliere.com, so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Special orders

Exchanges

The simplest way to receive your desired item is to return the original for a refund, then place a new order separately once your return is approved.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without the need to provide justification.

To be eligible, items must meet the same return conditions as listed above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.Please note: your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
